The Thomas S. Kirk Juvenile Justice Center opened in 1991 to increase the efficiency of Orange County’s court facilities. It is dedicated to the memory of a circuit court judge. A rotunda in the entrance area contains a statue entitled “Show me the Way” which was presented to the children of Orange County by Walt Disney World.
