In order to prevent any unauthorized access or disclosure of the personal information that we gather, we have in place electronic and managerial procedures to secure and guard this information.
We may offer links to other Magnus sites, and, for your convenience, to sites beyond the Magnus companies. These policies apply only to the Magnus sites, the privacy policies at other sites should be consulted for details pertaining to those other sites.
Shipping will usually be via UPS ground shipping, unless other arrangements are made. In stock items will be shipped within 3 to 5 days of the placement and payment of your order. Delivery of prints depends on production time and will be discussed when the order is placed. Shipping information will be emailed to you when the item or print is shipped.
Prints and purchased items will be processed and shipped promptly. Because the prints and some products will be created to order, this process takes some time. You will be provided with an estimated delivery time frame when you place your order. If you need the prints by a certain date, please advise us when you order the prints.
No refunds are available on the purchase of photographic prints and related products because the majority of these items will be produced to order on a custom basis. Prints or products damaged in shipping or delivery will be replaced if the damage is caused by Magnus. Any further decisions on refunds or replacement items are at the discretion of Magnus.
